“I appreciate that much issue with my purchase is mainly around the absolutely useless courier they use, however im only giving 2 stars because Nevisport have been just awful at sorting out my lost item. Im still out of pocket and the item appears lost. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was rude and needs some customer service training, im also still waiting for someone to call me back with a resolution but that hasn't happened either. I fear the only way I will get my money back is to raise a dispute with my payment card provider.”

“You accepted an order and payment for an out of stock item. You cancelled part of the order but refused to cancel the remainder, even though it hadn’t been picked or dispatched. You then said I would have to return the part order that was supplied and you would waive the fee. No such offer appeared. Would have great concern dealing with you in future.”

“I haven’t received a thing I’ve been on the phone to your customer services complaining for days with no outcome. I will not be ordering again from you I will try and make sure nobody else does. Your service is appalling. To send an email asking for a review for the service I’ve had after receiving my item is an absolute pisstake. Shame on you”

“Good quick service with deliveries . Only niggle is I emailed on a Saturday that my order had duplicated and I didn’t hear back until mid week . It would have been good to stop one before it was dispatched. Still waiting on confirmation if they have received the return and issued the refund”

“Nevisport are OK, but the tracking app was absolutely pants. It showed them getting collected in Scotland, then it said DELAYED ,then they were found in my porch , without any notification or signature ( stated as required, but never happened) in the morning after I returned after being out for an hour. Your couriers need monitoring urgently....as that's not the service you are paying for for your customers.”

“I owned a pair of Scarpa walking boots many years ago, pre bunions! They were the most comfortable boots straight from the box. Since then, it's been about 30 years since i wore walking boots. Footwear, now I have the dreaded "family bunions" has always been a dread to purchase. My feet are much wider and not many well known, quality brands are available. I happened to find online these Scarpa boots whereby they now come with a wider "toe box". I plucked up the courage to order them online after much dithering, and hoped I'd get lucky! I am delighted with my purchase! Comfortable straight from the box, sturdy and very well made with room for my ugly bunions. Undoubtedly recommended!!”
