“I tried to contact you twice and both times I received no response. I asked the 2nd time if you could change the size 6's to a pair of 7's. You ignored my request and this was at least a week before you delivered the 6's, which are too small for my wife. We will now need to arrange to send them back and hopefully swap them for a pair of 7's. Unfortunate experience with Nevisport.”

“Good service I spoke to Customer Service as well. Tuesday was very nice as well. The only issue I had was DHL the tracking was not very accurate. In fact they were quite poor. I thought the carrier they use.”

“Ordered slim fit shirt but was sent classic fit instead. Raised issue with customer service, I had to return the wrong item to have order reshipped. Today I received the order and they have again sent out the classic fit shirt which I've just returned to them instead of the slim fit shirt.”

“Having accidently ordered 4 jackets I rang pretty much straightaway trying to cancel 3 of my orders (website very flakey). I was advised that wasn't possible and to basically tell the delivery driver I didn't want it and the order would arrive back. Not trusting this I had one jacket arrive which was to big so had to send back via Asda and pay £3 to do do even thought my purchase was over £100. The second jacket arrived went to a shop (which is fine) for me to pick up. I went to the shop and they advised I needed a QR Code or some other code which I had to find through DHL. I have been emailing Nevisport and asking about my orders but didn't get much of a reply as for the other 2 jackets I have not really got an idea where they are so fingers crossed they don't arrive.”

“I bought a great product and all is well; but it was delayed and info from the carrier was confused, incorrect and not clear. I thus wrote an email to Nevis on the correct customer help email address and never even got confirmation that they had my mail, never mind an answer to my query. I'd have thought they'd want to know that the carrier was a problem. I would use Nevis again, but come on...please reply to things, even if you aren't sure what to do about a query. My shoes arrived a week late. Apparently, DHL has staffing issues. That may be of interest to you, Nevis! 🙂. Thank you....Victoria I-don't-believe-it Meldrew of Penarth😆”
