“I am slim, 5ft 1" female. I took your sizing guide and although the leg length is slightly long they are so wide it is clown-like. But i needed them sharpish so have kept. May try and fit some elastic round bottom of legs but overall a bit disapointed with sizing. They are however waterprrof as we walked a full day in the rain and no leaks so I guess they do the job.”

“The item arrived quickly and communication was good. Unfortunately the approach shoes I ordered weren’t suitable. I thought the La Sportiva TX4 were the same as my old pair, sadly they were much stiffer and not very comfortable. I have returned the shoes for a refund. I’m yet to hear anything but I’ll give it a few more days before following up.”

“Product was great but too small. Engaged with customer services several times both on the phone and by email and was led a merry dance about a replacement larger jacket which included being offered a 15% discount code only to find that that code was only valid on full priced stock, not the jacket I wanted to exchange. Ended up having to pay more for the replacement plus the cost of returning the jacket. All in all a very poor service.”
