“Nevisport great, competitive pricing and fast dispatch. Had to knock off a star for DHL. Wasn’t delivered on the date initially shown on tracking. So made sure someone was home unnecessarily. Got a message on Saturday saying would be delivered the next working day. Wasn’t sure whether that meant Saturday or Monday. Then got another message giving a delivery a lot for the Saturday and it arrived that afternoon.”

“Went to Halifax store which is shared with Regatta. Asked about Haglof trousers which are advertised on your website. The staff had never heard of this make and told me to go upstairs and see if they had any. Needless to say a waste of time so I ordered them online, but would have been much better if I could have purchased them in store and tried them on.. The Haglof trousers are excellent, unsurpassed by any other makes and fortunately the ones I ordered fitted perfectly.”

“Item arrived as expected. Service was fine. Just a shame the item was in a plastic wrapper and that was inside a nevisport plastic bag - both unnecessary. The latter could be replaced with a recycled paper business card if shop advertising is needed.”

“My latest purchase unfortunately were to small and I have returned them to you by Royal Mail on the 13-2-25 I have purchased a number of items over the years from nevisport but this is the first time I have done it online so I am going to wait and purchase them from one of the stores Thank You.”

“Only just recieved it. So I'm unable to comment on it's capabilites. It seems fine. My only criticism is, the main zipper is awkward to fasten. That's why I've only given 4 stars.”

“Pink sealskin hat was a very light shade of pink, almost beige but did not return as needed waterproof cap for weekend event. Have had these caps before and excellent waterproof headwear for running.”

“Easy to order the item online. It was ordered before Christmas so a busy time and that would explain why the delivery seemed slow. An email to acknowledge the delay (I think it was over a week) would have reassured me. Nonetheless, the item arrived and it is as described on the website.”

“Could have been quicker to tell me my product was sold out and return my funds. Nevisport did generously give me a voucher to redeem for another purchase and the delivery of the replacement boots was swift. Comms could of been better”

“Helpful company on the phone but not very quick to respond by e-mail and I only got my refund paid quicker by phoning up. Not sure how long it would have taken if I left them to do it.”

“Originally ordered a pair of Montane Terra pants in 30 small, black only to be told 4 days later that they didn't actually have the item in stock. So not great stock keeping but they gave me a 15% discount on my next order in lieu of the inconvenience. So I ordered a pair in Eclipse Blue instead. Item arrived 3 days later, so happy enough. Good to see a company own up for thier mistake. Ifg i had wanted the first pair urgently I might feel a bit less happy, but overall I would be happy to use Nevisport again.”
