“Very prompt processing and delivery of initial order, in fact too prompt. Jacket was about to be delivered earlier than I'd been informed, and necessitated a re-arranged delivery day. Not hard to do this, in fairness ! Easy contact with customer relations when I needed a different size, and very quick refund of original payment.”

“I ordered a climbing harness online as I couldn't find the size I wanted in the shop, along with this Exped bag. I was pleased with my purchase, with the exception of the packaging. Many retailers have moved to sustainable paper / cardboard packaging. Not Nevis Sport. The two items were delivered separately. They were not only delivered in plastic packaging, they also included a completely unnecessary plastic carrier bag around each item. It's put me off buying online from Nevis Sport again.”

“The shorts were a little small for 38 waist but they do stretch. After playing the order the short were delivered 3 day later.”

“Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. Great service but don't know how it took several days to get dispatched. I live in Glasgow and the gear was shipped from Glasgow but it took longer to get to me than it would have taken from say London. Still I would definitely use Bevis Sport again.”

“I used to love the branch in Rose Street and would visit every summer before holidays - I miss having a branch nearby. Nevisport used to stand out for having slightly different brands/looks - not just technical clothing - that suited active holidays. I still like to buy online and appreciate a local, personal brand. Lack of free returns a bit of an issue, but this appears widespread these days. Also having returned 2 items that didn't fit/suit I have not yet had any acknowledgement re returns, despite this being sent by next day/signed for delivery over a week ago (paid by me). This might make me a little wary of buying much online in future.”

“Initially delivery was 4-6weeks but arrived within a week! Boots look exactly like the colour online. Have yet to try them out but looking forward to using them.”

“Nevisport are usually good. However i orderd an in stock item that they couldn't locate. So they sent a prompt refund. I guess we aren't all perfect. I'd still use Nevisport though. Mistakes happen.”

“Brilliant service, good came as expected, however packaging use. Stuck to my head band....took ages to remove pieces of paper from it, otherwise happy with products and prices .4 star for the paper stuck in goods”
