“Very happy with the price and product from Nevisport, however it arrived a day late and didn't fit ( no problem here, we'll just return it and try a different one). Then we find that we have to pay the return ( not the same from other suppliers). Due to this we'll use somewhere else, with free returns. It's a pity, I'd prefer to continue with Nevisport, but this is enough to look elsewhere.”

“Boots are great!! Thanks …. DHL not good!!! had parcel for a week !! Said delayed etc every day , l sent over an email no reply??? Think you should use a different courier!! Only as strong as the weakest link 😜👍”

“I am slim, 5ft 1" female. I took your sizing guide and although the leg length is slightly long they are so wide it is clown-like. But i needed them sharpish so have kept. May try and fit some elastic round bottom of legs but overall a bit disapointed with sizing. They are however waterprrof as we walked a full day in the rain and no leaks so I guess they do the job.”

“The item arrived quickly and communication was good. Unfortunately the approach shoes I ordered weren’t suitable. I thought the La Sportiva TX4 were the same as my old pair, sadly they were much stiffer and not very comfortable. I have returned the shoes for a refund. I’m yet to hear anything but I’ll give it a few more days before following up.”

“Good quick service with deliveries . Only niggle is I emailed on a Saturday that my order had duplicated and I didn’t hear back until mid week . It would have been good to stop one before it was dispatched. Still waiting on confirmation if they have received the return and issued the refund”

“Nevisport are OK, but the tracking app was absolutely pants. It showed them getting collected in Scotland, then it said DELAYED ,then they were found in my porch , without any notification or signature ( stated as required, but never happened) in the morning after I returned after being out for an hour. Your couriers need monitoring urgently....as that's not the service you are paying for for your customers.”

“Item as described and delivered on time. Unfortunately the item was not my size so had to return. It’s been a week and I have not heard anything back with regards to my return so would say quite slow if unfortunately you have to return items”

“Good service I spoke to Customer Service as well. Tuesday was very nice as well. The only issue I had was DHL the tracking was not very accurate. In fact they were quite poor. I thought the carrier they use.”
