“Liked the product a lot, good price as well, however, I have to deduct one star for the delivery. Can you please not use DHL next time? I had the worst ever experience with them. The driver couldn’t find the DHL service point for two days, and they delayed my delivery for another day with no apparent reason. Their delivery system is so old and doesn’t always give me choices to divert my parcel.”

“Delivery a bit slow and the goods have to be returned because the quality wasn’t there for an expensive berghaus coat. Loved the colour though so a bit disappointed. Would use Nevisport again, you can easily log on to account .”

“I purchased a pair of Scarpa walking boots on line and they were £30 cheaper than GoOutdoors. Delivery was free and they arrived within / working days. Brilliant service and price!”

“The order came quick and looked as seen in pictures on website. The only reason I didn’t give five star is because they didn’t tell me about an item that didn’t come ( out of stock) I had to email them first. But overall an alright company.”

“Hi, thank you for the help with my purchases. They are ideal for what I was looking for. The only difficulty I found was trying to purchase three pairs of trousers on line. I tried numerous times to purchase 3 pairs in the one order but the system wouldn’t let me. I ended up buying three individual pairs which resulted in three postage costs. This amounted to just under £15 pounds. I believe there must be a glitch in your mail order system which should be addressed. Thanks once again.”

“The jacket was great, delivery was usless, never trust DHL when they say they will deliver. Waited in all morning with the alotted time, then after the time expired, oops sorry we cannot deliver, they just missed it off the van so you then take another day off in the hope. DPD all day long, this may affect may next order if delivery is with DHL.”
