“Ordered a north face coat at an absolute bargain price ( already had one in another colour that cost over £300 ) . Received it when it stated , but here’s where it went downhill and more care is needed. my package came in a very small plastic bag , I looked and thought that cannot be what I ordered as it is quite a bulky jacket but yes it was . I opened the bag to find the coat all stuffed up inside itself in no other packaging !!!! . Was not happy it should have been in a plastic bag and in a box this is how north face sell them . I thought well this will be going back because it’s bound to be snagged or something , but after checking it over it was ok so I kept it . Not sure I would order again if this is the sales care though .”

“Nevisport are pretty good at what they do. Quality gear and the right price, especially during the sales! They would score 5 stars but they should consider moving away from DHL. Shockingly poor courier firm. They even lie in respect of what they actually did with some of the shipments. Their customer service is frankly the worse in the UK. But great service from Nevisport, and in particular Erica in customer support.”

“The service was excellent & I received my order the next day. Sadly, the Wierd Fish Tallahassee dress that I purchased was not the same shape & style as others I've had before so I had to return it.”

“Like the fact Nevisport sell 1/2 sizes of shoes. Did get confused with updates from DHL about delivery received an email on 31st July telling me parcel would be delivered 29th July!! another email 2nd August telling me parcel would be delivered 29th July?? Eventually received a text advising parcel would be delivered 4th August, it arrived on that date.”

“It would have been 5 stars but their courier serve DHL let them down. The driver drove passed my house on the day of delivery at the agreed time, then said he was delayed and the parcel came the next day which was too late for me. Nevisport were amazing but shame about DHL.”

“The Rab tops I bought were excellent and you provided a good price. The courier service was poor as they left my parcel in a box in my neighbours garden - they said they had my signature as on receipt as required which was not the case - I would be loathed to buy something from you again due to my experience with the courier you use”

“Easy to deal with. Prompt delivery and dealt with returns well and quickly. Only gripe is having to pay for returning shoes. Sizing varies so much from maker to maker & style to style that you almost certainly will need to return items. Need to include free returns into up front cost.”

“Great price on the shoes and rapid processing of my order. Unfortunately and I usually delivery from DHL was slow took a week) and it was impossible to get any explanation from them as I didn’t have a “shipment” number, this is different to the tracking number which I did have and also different from the Nevisport order number. That said I’m a happy customer at the end of the day, thank you. Stewart.”
