“Failure to receive a dispatch notification and checking the status of the order, which stayed on “ preparing for dispatch” for almost two weeks despite having been sent to Parcelforce fairly promptly after I order the item. Parcelforce then failed to leave an “attempted delivery card”. I had to do all the heavy lifting to get to track down my coat. Got there eventually. Very pleased with product”

“Nevisport did as requested, however I urge the company to seek an alternative courier to DHL. I’ve just had to resort to picking up my parcel from a depot an hour drive away after nearly 2 weeks of reported delays and issues with the delivery. DHL customer service failed to resolve any issues until my 4th call.”

“Ordered two items but on delivery just one arrived. Email prior to delivery stated sold out of second item. This was a week after ordering + after placing order. Then waited for refund which took approx 7 days.”

“No problem with Nevisport, pleased with product and price and will buy from them again in the future. However I didn't give 5 star because of the courier, parcelforce, that didn't inform me of anything and a parcel turned up out of the blue to be picked up at a local post office. No date, no time,no completion of delivery.”

“I'm pleased I could order the item at a reduced price and it came quickly. I've knocked off one star because the outside package and part of the inner package was torn open. It hasn't affected the garment but I don't know why this has happened.”

“Very good equipment at a very good price (last seasons). Just a slight miscommunication on what a skiis and bindings package meant, phoned customer service to ask if bindings would be mounted and was told yes, only for skis to arrive with bindings unmount. Both items came very well packaged and in perfect condition though.”
