“Poor. Very cheap prices, free delivery over £79. pointless as it took nearly 7 days to deliver in 2x parcels...waste of time. They use DHL which are by far the worst and most useless courier ever. They failed to send an item I ordered but billed me anyway. I tried for a week to get some soort of customer service but nobody replied to my "ticket" I had to call. AVOID.”

“I ordered a Rab Namche jacket from Nevisport for a weekend walking. The delivery timescales were tight so i checked with customer services who told me, whilst they could not guarantee an exact delivery date, it would definitely be shipped that day or the next. I had a week to spare so took a chance. Despite the assurances, it wasn't even shipped until the day I was leaving for my trip and so I had to do without it. When it arrived, the product itself looked great but I haven't had a chance yet to test it in anger.”

“I am still waiting to receive this jacket which I ordered on 29th November, I have emailed to find out where the item is but still waiting for a response this is a Christmas present for my son. This is extremely poor service”

“Very easy ordering process. Website was easy to navigate and siz reference was good. I bought a coat and the pictures had a model showing the size I needed. "SMALL" Model in picture is 5"5 and this was great reference and when I got my coat. It fits well Also got a Nevis shopping bad in my parcel so it felt a little more personal and I had been shopping at Nevis! Great service and thank you!”

“I wasn’t 100% happy with the trainers I. Terms of the finish , I bought 2 pairs for my wife and I , mine were just a bit poorly finished and I was let down a bit by that but apart from that service was good and arrived In time”
