“Can’t review product as I still haven’t received it as I am having issues with Parcel Force. What I can say is that upon contacting Nevisport about this, I was promised this would be resolved by them to arrange a redelivery. This didn’t happen so I have now arranged this at an additional expense to myself.”

“Nevisport via email, invited me to write a report on an item I ordered Dec 02 which according to them I have received. Well I haven't as of Dec 13 and on checking their courier: status is shipped. Terrible communication.”

“The quality of the products I ordered wasvery good.. however the delivery service and customer service requires some attention…. The order was for 4 items of clothing that for some reason arrived in 4 separate deliveries in multiple (needless) plastic bags…. 1 package is more than enough for 4 teeshirts thanks… Delivery was late and when I emailed to ask what was going on I got zero reply.. I then phoned customer service to ask what was going on and was told sorry it’s a bit busy and there is a delay …. It’s been 3 weeks now and still I don’t have a reply… 🤷‍♂️. How long does this take … poor effort from customer service but good quality items”

“Ordered 2 pairs of trainers, one pair came so checked my invoice and there was nothing about split orders. I emailed them enquiring what was happening and got a very poor, non informative reply so emailed agian and got another very short and unhelpful response that just told me they were on route, no customer care apology about their poor communication. Three weeks later still no trainers and on phoning them up I am now waiting on a internal invertigation with DHL In all of my communications have I been apologised to for being kept waiting....and as yet still no idea where my £120 trainers I have paid for are!!!”

“Very slow delivery 13days from order emailed head office to chase order no reply after 4days . Phoned store in Kendal who posted the order out. Was told will look into it . The next day I expected a phone call but I had to ring the store again who advised me to ring head office where they tracked the order & apparently parcel force had tried to deliver it several times to me but NEVER left a card to say so ??? I now have to go & collect it myself . Absolute rubbish parcel force”
