“The service we received from Nevisport was excellent and ordering online was easy. The sale price was great and the delivery was good and what we expected with Standard Delivery. The shoe size was not as the last pair my wife had. She said her last pair were a size 6 but the sizes now were 5 1/2 & 6 1/2. Choosing the 5 1/2 my wife found the shoes ok but a little tight in places which might of stretched a little through wearing. We then contacted the local store in Middlesbrough to see if we could try the larger size on and exchange them if needed, rather than sending them back and getting another pair to try. We went to the Middlesbrough store to try the larger size, It fitted better and we therefore exchanged the shoes. There were no issues in the exchange and the staff at Middlesbrough were excellent.”

“Still haven't received my order has been bouncing around in DHL delivery depot for the last 2 weeks and dread to think what condition it will be in when it finally arrives. Was supposed to be a Christmas for my son. But went out today to buy him a alternative gift.”

“I placed an order for Rab power stretch leggings and 2 T-shirts . I only ordered the shirts to get me over the free postage mark. The shirts arrived and then I was informed that the leggings were out of stock and I got a refund. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the leggings. I explained I didn’t want the shirts if I couldn’t have the leggings. I went back on the website, ordered the leggings again and had my order confirmation- this is a binding contract. After another week I got a refund because they were out of stock despite being advertised as available. The order confirmation is legally binding and I expect my order to be fulfilled.”

“I still haven't received my order even though I am being told I have. I have asked for proof of delivery and the courier just has a picture of the parcel. I have phoned twice now and this issue still isn't solved. I was told after my first call it should be sorted within 24 hours. I can't get a refund as even though there is no proof of delivery, they don't know where the package is. This was suppose to be a Christmas present. I don't actually believe the company knows what has happened to the package. I will never buy from this company again. I didn't buy from the courier company, I bought from Nevisport who are responsible for me getting what I paid for, or should give me a full refund. I ordered on the 4 Dec so 2 weeks ago and this is still not resolved.”
