“Failure to receive a dispatch notification and checking the status of the order, which stayed on “ preparing for dispatch” for almost two weeks despite having been sent to Parcelforce fairly promptly after I order the item. Parcelforce then failed to leave an “attempted delivery card”. I had to do all the heavy lifting to get to track down my coat. Got there eventually. Very pleased with product”

“I cancelled my order within 24 hours of ordering. 4 days later, Nevisport hadn't replied to my e-mail nor shipped my order. Then they shipped it. And later emailed to say that it was too late to cancel. Returning the goods cost me £3. Its been a week and still no refund. I won't be shopping with Nevisport again.”

“Nevisport did as requested, however I urge the company to seek an alternative courier to DHL. I’ve just had to resort to picking up my parcel from a depot an hour drive away after nearly 2 weeks of reported delays and issues with the delivery. DHL customer service failed to resolve any issues until my 4th call.”

“This was my first ever order with Nevisport. X5 Yeti mugs ordered from Nevisport as christmas gifts. All arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Loose plastic packing was insufficient allowing the mugs to rub against each other and become damaged in transit. contacted customer support via email, 2 week later still unresolved. Customer support ‘waiting to hear if they can claim from parcel’ force and ‘reviewing their cctv’?! None of these actions or responses have resolved the fact that I am left with damaged goods. Been sending chasing messages for updates to which I now get no response. 1 star service in my experience.”

“Visited shop for ladies gloves and as it had first opened, got a free pair of gents hiking socks with my purchase. They were so good that I went online and purchased a further 3 pairs. The online experience was as good as instore. The website was very user friendly and I was kept informed throughout from order to delivery.”
