The picking and choosing and customising your order through the website is really easy and then the correspondance from the team is timely and friendly including getting proofs and invoices. “The first coorespondence I received was that they could not fill the order. Then got another one that says they could. I did appreciate the communication. My biggest concern was that when the package arrived, i was asked to pay $55 more in shipping. I did ask about that and someone responded and said that could happen and it was disclosed that the company would not be responsible for that. I think there could be a better way to handle that as I'm sure I'm not the only person that was upset about that. I paid shipping to you guys and then had to pay shipping again.”

We're pleased you appreciated our communication throughout your order, but we're really sorry that the additional charge on delivery left you feeling disappointed. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be asked for an unexpected payment, especially when you had already paid for shipping. Just to clarify, the $55 charge was actually a US import tariff rather than an additional delivery fee. These charges are imposed on goods entering the United States and unfortunately aren't something we have any control over. We do highlight this information during checkout, directly on the page where customers select their shipping method, explaining that import duties and taxes are not included and that any applicable charges will be billed separately to the recipient. We appreciate, though, that these charges can still come as an unwelcome surprise, and your feedback is valuable in helping us consider how we can make this even clearer. We genuinely value our international customers, and we're sorry this took away from what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience. We really hope you're pleased with your purchase despite the unexpected charge, and we'd love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. “I found the service from NE Trophies to be very good. I realised when recieving the proof that I had made an error in the wording, and I was able to correct. The glasses were sent out very quickly (I paid extra for the express delivery) as I was worried they might not get here in time. There was a small error on 2 of the items I ordered, and the team were super helpful to resolve this in similarly quick time.”

“This is the fourth year we’ve used North East Trophies for our annual awards evening, and once again the service has been absolutely excellent. Every request I made was carried out exactly as asked, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and delivery was incredibly fast.
