These trophies were intended for presentation to senior representatives of our key corporate sponsors, BMW and Carole Nash Insurance as well as the charity I supported through a recent fundraising event. Unfortunately, the trophies are not of a standard suitable for such an important occasion. The issues with the trophies include: Poor overall finish Chips on the stands Sharp, exposed mesh steel edges Internal mesh not covering the required area One trophy is off-centre on its base Excessively thick paint application on the bases, appearing as though it’s running off I was told I’d be issued a refund and a company would collect the trophies. This has not happened

Very disappointed and out of pocket as we ordered a 6 inch award to match the previous awards ordered and received a 4 inch award which was far to small for our requirements. When ordering the size had obviously reverted back to 4 inch as it turned out 6inch was out of stock but it did not state this when completing order!!! We contacted the company and were told they could order another and we would only pay half price BUT .... it would be the 4 inch again meaning we would then be paying twice for something we didnt want. We are now left with a trophy we cannot use and wehad to go elsewhere in the end.

Just to explain, the 6-inch version was unfortunately out of stock at the time, so the website only allowed the 4-inch option to be selected. This size was shown on the product page, in your basket at checkout and in the order confirmation email - but we realise how easy it can be to miss, especially when you're expecting a specific size. It seems there was a misunderstanding during the ordering process, and we’re truly sorry for any confusion caused. If you could contact us via email, we'll be happy to refund either 50% of the order if you'd like to keep the item or you can return the item for a full refund. I ordered bronze medals and was sent antique gold. When I queried it, it transpired that it was assumed I would be ok with the replacement product. Because the order was missed and not processed on time, it was too late to send them back and get a replacement, so I had to use the antique gold. It was even more disappointing that when I queried the delay, you had an opportunity to explain that you did not have the medals I ordered in stock. But instead, you decided to send out the wrong product, presumably so that you could keep my money. When I requested a partial refund, it was denied. Going back to Amazon, sadly, and won’t be ordering from you again.

Not happy with the trophy as all three parts was loose Couldn't tighten the bolt up And the top and bottom bit wasn’t joined together

Whilst delivery was quick the quality of the item is not great. The writing is so small you can hardly see it and we have had to place a backing to the glass because in certain lights the inscription is invisible!

Hello Joanne, I'm very sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with your order. These items are engraved which leaves a frosted white finish rather than a brilliant white from a technique such a vinyl which isn't permanent and usually peels away within a month or so. The plaques are designed to be placed up against a solid background or darker background as shown on the website which gives these more of a striking finish. We do of course want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase so I've sent you a private email to discuss the issue further and how we can rectify this for you. Every product on our site shows the size in the description to help our customers choose the appropriate trophy. I can see you have ordered one of the Mini Star trophies which are one of the smaller trophies, which are popular for team awards where the smaller size helps with the price.
