Had to chase up the order after 5 days (having paid extra for a 3 business day delivery guarantee) to be told the items were still in the workshop being engraved. I was assured they would arrive next day. Of course DPD then posted a delay in transit and 30 kids missed getting their awards at my annual prize giving. The engraving itself was done correctly so 2 stars rather than 1. Well done to everyone at NE Trophies and DPD for your sloth like efforts

We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, particularly when 30 children were expecting to receive their awards. While we're pleased that the engraving met your expectations, we recognise that the quality of the trophies means little when they are not available for the event they were intended for. No communication or proof. Misspelling on engraved plates- “Suits and Sneakerd” instead of “”Suits and Sneakers”. Did not share that Buyer was responsible for tariffs

When I ordered the trophy I was told 3-4 days unfortunately this turned out to be nearly 1 month. This was during a holiday period & didn't helped when a member of staff got the engraving wrong even though it was emailed to another member of staff weeks ago! Phone calls were not returned, after I gave the staff my mobile number. No advice given until after I received the trophy, then a member of staff said, Yeah too much text on those trophy's doesn't look to good, Why wasn't I told before? Needless to say I won't be using NE Trophies ever again!

Hi Calum I am very sorry for any issues with the condition of this trophy. I am concerned that this one was missed during the cleaning process following the engraving of it. I am actively looking at why this has happened, because we have higher standards than this. Although the water marks can be easily wiped away, it is a shame that on this occasion our high standards did not meet expectations. I can only assume it was a genuine error on the part of one our our packing team who have been brilliant over the christmas rush. I ordered a beer tumbler glass & paid extra to get it engraved. The glass arrived promptly & safely & i am pleased with the engraving but the glass is much smaller than I was expecting. The size advertised on their website clearly states the glass holds 400ml when in reality is only 350ml. I contacted NE Trophies & they said it was an issue with their suppliers but many weeks later the website has not been amended. I cannot speak for their other products but buyer beware if you are looking for a specific size of glass.

The quality of the trophies and the presentation boxes were very nice. However, I made an express order and paid and it was not delivered with no feedback from the company. I had to cancel the event the awards were scheduled for. If I didn't chase the company the following week, I still would not have received any feedback about my paid order. This was quite stressful and disappointing for the volunteer awardees and the organisation as a whole. Also, I'm still awaiting a refund for the payment i made for express delivery which did not happen.

Good Morning Adrian I am so sorry about any issues you are having with delivery. I can see your order was being shipped over to China. International delivery from the UK can take between 7-21 days, however we did upgrade your parcel the the Express Tracked service which should mean it arrives much quicker than the 21 day estimate we gave. You can use the tracking number via the Royal Mail website which gives us all the tracking details and shows us that the parcel has already made it to China within 8 days and then 3 days to get cleared through China customs so should be with you very soon.
