Tom's customer service was outstanding. The clarity of the logo that went on to the glass, however, was a little blurred compared with a similar beer glass my football team made 3 years ago using a different supplier (same logo).

Hi Phil, Thank you for your order and feedback. We're glad you found our customer service to be outstanding but sorry to hear you weren't fully satisfied with the glasses. I remember we spent some time trying to improve the quality of the Logo that you sent in (which was extremely small and blurred). After a number of proof revisions, you did approve the proof so the glasses went to production. I trust the issue is with the Logo resolution and not the engraving quality. Work was done promptly but didn't move a plaque as requested and the trophy engraving was very light so difficult to make out

The trophy arrived with a slight chip on the black base. It had been packed very well which makes me think it was packaged like that. I still gave it to my grandson who was highly delighted and did notice the chip.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are one of the best value trophy suppliers in the UK. Our price also includes an engraved trophy plate aswell. Hi Louise, Thank you very much for your order with us. We received your order on the 14th July and shipped it the same day. I have looked into the reason for the late delivery with Evri. I can see on the tracking information that they attempted next-day delivery at 12.22 pm on the 15th and again on the 17th but there was no one in on both occasions or a safe place to leave your parcel. They should have left you a card in the letterbox with this information. This led to your delivery being late. We hope that you are happy with your Wooden Medals. Disappointed I had to go and collect my order from the sorting office because despite paying for express delivery it was sent by normal post. Although I must admit that the customer service, once I had pointed out what had happened, the customer service was second to none. And they immediately contacted Royal Mail to hold my package for me to come and collect it. So my experience wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. The items when received were good quality.

I can see you chose the 2-3 Day shipping option which was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel service and is usually very reliable. I am pleased we were able to work with you and get the parcel picked up from your local sorting office rather than have them attempt delivery. It is one of the reasons why Royal Mail is so popular by our customers - they offer the option to pick up if delivery is not possible. Trophy is good (but small) but they use Evri as delivery company who are awful. Paid for next day delivery and received it about a week later after receiving a message for evri saying there was ‘an issue’.

HI Nicola Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into your order and the 3-6 day shipping method for £2.99 was chosen but I apologise if your order took longer than this to arrive. I am very sorry if your delivery was later than expected, as you may be aware, Royal Mail have been striking over the last few months. It has caused chaos with ours and many other companies deliveries. We have been trying our best to get orders to customers on time. We have had to take the difficult decision to move our deliveries temporarily away from Royal Mail. They have caused us so many delays and issues due to strikes. We are currently using Fedex and Evri - both have seen some delays due to the knock on effect from the Royal Mail strikes, however at present, both Evri and Fedex have a better next day delivery rate than Royal Mail. We hope that we can start shipping with Royal Mail in the near future once the strikes are over, as we understand it is more convenient for most customers. We will continue to assess our delivery options to make sure we can deliver to our customer timescales. Once again I apologise for the delays you have experienced. Selecting, ordering and engraving experience was good. However it’s ridiculous that the prices of the item was more than doubled with postal costs. Please don’t make your margin on postsl charges

The service was excellent and in particular the care of Abby but the finished product had script which was so feint as to be invisible and was nothing close to the copy visiblity I approved. North East Trophies should warn its customers that there is a real degredation from what is sent for approval and the finished product. I am having to spend the same funds again to get a coloured script

Hi Nigel, Thank you for your honest review and order. I'm very glad to hear that you are happy with our customer service and Abby's handling of this situation - I'll be sure to pass that onto her. However, I am sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with the finish of your item, these plaques are engraved which leaves a frosted white finish - it can be subtle especially if the font chosen is quite thin. The proofs we send across are in Black as this is how it goes through to the engraving software - however, if customers to prefer to have a coloured or brighter finish we are always happy to offer colour printing which your new one will be in. We are happy you have flagged this up as we will definitely take a look into the process and wording when sending a proof and we are always looking for ways to improve so thank you once again for your honesty. I can see that Abby is still awaiting a response from yourself regarding replacements - she has mentioned that she was looking to offer these at a discounted price as a guesture of good will so once we have heard back from yourself we will be more than happy to discuss this. Hi Nicola, I'm sorry to hear you didn't think the engraving was bright enough. Unfortunately as we do engrave our products rather than using vinyl this does appear as a subtle frosted white rather than the bright white of vinyl which isn't permanent. The big one looked and felt so fake and the three second biggest ones did too. Nothing was wrong with the bronze and silver ones but the 15 stars were overpriced and put more plastic on the back of the star or it did not look so achieving

The shield is lovely but some of the pins that old the little silver shield 🛡 sit out but I can tap them in hopefully just to let you know thanks Tim

Hi Tim Thanks for your review and the feedback. Apologies for any confusion over the annual shield. We leave some of the pins slightly loose, so that once it is time to engrave the annual shield, it is easy to remove the smaller shields to engrave them. If you tap the pins all the way in then it is very very difficult to remove the smaller shields without damaging them. I hope this helps, but feel free to contact us if you need any more help.
