“The team couldn’t have been more helpful. I was looking to get a small number of pint glasses etched with my own design, which I’d never done before, and they were great at answering my questions and helping me through the process. I was really impressed with how quickly the glasses turned up too, and they look great! Really happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 🙂”

Hello Gail We’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We’ve checked the order details and unfortunately no name was added during checkout, so there wasn’t a name included for us to engrave. We would, however, really like to understand what you were unhappy with regarding the photo engraving. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with the finished product, so we’ve contacted you directly by email to discuss this further and see how we can help. Kind Regards North East Trophies
