“Firstly, life is so much easier with NCASS, the Folder, Environmental Health requirements done for us, easy access to training, so many benefits, I would recommend time after time. In addition I must add my recognition and appreciation to TOM, who I feel went 'over and above' to help me with my Food Risk Assessment and Fire Risk Assessment. I am extremely grateful and feel he should be recognised for such excellent customer service.”

“We were new to catering in 2016 and NCASS took away all the worry and uncertainty about the set up. The paperwork was a god send with Enviromental health officer and gave us the confidence that what we were doing was right. The online training was very useful too i look forward to a second year of membership, many thanks.”
