If you like spending days doing risk assessments, policy documents and other catering related documentation then NCASS isn’t for you. But if you want to spend 20 minutes doing a questionnaire and having it all generated for you then it’s the best £300 you will ever spend..

Ncass are wonderful very helpful regards paper work . Been with them for many years now. Will continue to be with ncass in the future.

What has NCASS ever done for me? Apart from helping to set my business up to T. What use is their Due Diligence framework? Apart from providing assurance of my work. What is the point of their risk assessment templates? Apart from making sure hazards are identified and controlled at our fetes. What value is their health and safety training? Apart from keeping my staff from mis-behaving! What does NCASS do for quality caterers, like me and you? Apart from supporting us through and through.

Great sales person, began speaking to Becky, very upbeat positive person super enthusiastic... since I’ve joined though any enquiries I’ve sent to her she forwards on for someone else to deal with.. really useful information, courses and paperwork.. Don’t let the bookers discount reel you in as once you.ve joined they tell u they have no vouchers and that they are waiting for bookers to send some.. Am still waiting 🤣

The website is a pain to navigate i wanted to work out whether standard or premium membership was right for us but could not find the undiscounted price for certain trainings

You get a lot of good information, to help you run your business. And when I’ve called, you get to speak to a real person quickly. As a Bookers customer, this pays for itself was the cashback. And even if you didn’t use any of the other services, i’m still actually saving money by being a member.

As a first time business owner, NCASS have provided essential guidelines in setting up and the on-going running of restaurant. The different vital training helped us to be more equipped with knowledge and skills to ensure that we provide that highest quality service and product - which has helped for us receiving 5 star safety and hygiene rating with Camden Council

every year I have to chase an invoice. In 2020 I did not receive a HACCP hard copy. This company needs to be chased constantly

Been a member of NCASS for very long time. It is money well spent you can get all the correct advise needed. Even in this present climate (COVID)and having lost 99% of our events it is a still essential to be a member. To be up-to-date with all off the current regulations and being COVID compliant.
