“NCASS, for us, was essential in starting our business. It makes it simple to have a single point where all of your business compliance is kept, everything from your food hygiene processes to your business insurance. For a small monthly fee there’s no question. You also make some money back on that from the discounts included!”

“We have been with Ncass for several years now and can't fault them at all. Alway friendly and on hand and very helpful as well as a quick response. They seem to really care about their members. Their pricing seems fair bur have nothing else to compare to, but for what they provide for the cost I feel is good value.”

“Some time ago we ware just sceptic about yet "another' platform .But this is more than that ,scale of support and whole package is worth every penny ! “Great sales person, began speaking to Becky, very upbeat positive person super enthusiastic... since I’ve joined though any enquiries I’ve sent to her she forwards on for someone else to deal with.. really useful information, courses and paperwork.. Don’t let the bookers discount reel you in as once you.ve joined they tell u they have no vouchers and that they are waiting for bookers to send some.. Am still waiting 🤣”

“It is wonderful to have someone available on the end of a telephone call to answer Newby questions. They helped with any and all of my first time owner questions. Plus the manual and clear instructions on required forms, procedures and legal obligations of the buisness gave me confidence that I am doing all that is required. I have recomended them to others I have met new in the buisness and enjoy the discounts members are given through companies like Nisbet for our supplies and Insurance, and Giles for Insurance and liabilty needs. I am on my second year with them and will continue to do so in the future.”
