“Incredible advice and service overall. Membership gets better and better, it's like a treasure chest of goodies. Deals with various suppliers save me a lot of cash and the white folder always gets a good response from organisers and health officers. The big savings on training mean I can put a lot of staff through at minimal cost and getting £150 level 3 courses for £15 is amazing.”

“Making the the risk assessments easy to fill in for people who have never worked in catering before. There are lots of things we weren't happy with but this survey doesn't appear to ask that question...”

“Excellent, well run organisation who are always on hand to help with often complex problems. As a Collective, we rely on getting traders documents to us so we can pass these to event organisers, NCASS systems provide the means to do that quickly and efficiently. The training programmes they offer, provide industry standard qualifications at a very competitive price and are well respected by EHO's. Quite simply, if you are in the mobile catering industry, this is one organisation you NEED to join!”

“Member now for four+ years. Helped get us off the ground with sound advice and help. Always available and always happy to help. A very small price to pay for such tremendous benefits. “NCASS really understand business and its this knowledge that helps you build on yours. NCASS are behind you all the way they help with equipment, advise, direction, training and even a bit of motivation, it’s all in one place. With NCASS behind us we have attended a number of events in the last six months since start up and have many more on the books. We have achieved our 5 hygiene rating and are fully legal with the correct trading documents, which you can mail off to organisers at the touch of a button. I use the Quick Safe LPG system which is easy to set up and take down at the end of a long day. NCASS membership is well worth the investment and I would recommend to any caterer!”

“I am in the process of setting up my ice cream van from scratch & without the ncass membership I really would have struggled. It's great to have everything you need to know about starting up a buisness along with the courses and due diligence system -I will 100% reccomend ncass to anyone”

“Joining NCASS was on of the best things we did! From the superb training to the support we get whenever we ring with a question.. no matter how daft! The insurance options through NCASS and Giles have been fabulous for us too! I don't get why though NCASS closes for Christmas? Weird... Our local EHO loved the fact that we had all our regulations, procedures and docs in one big white folder.. Nice one NCASS!”

“We started our business in March 2016 and needed expert advice on starting a mobile catering business. Our first port of call was to get in touch with the team at NCASS. We were not disappointed. Always sound advice, calling NCASS was easy to do with a phone call or email and there was (and is!) always a friendly, experienced person to talk to on the other side. Thank you NCASS!”
