“If you like spending days doing risk assessments, policy documents and other catering related documentation then NCASS isn’t for you. But if you want to spend 20 minutes doing a questionnaire and having it all generated for you then it’s the best £300 you will ever spend..”

“Being a long time member and watching NCASS evolve has been best subscription I have made. NCASS’s new digital system has made life so much easier. It helps me confirm that my staff are completing their tasks diligently, while allowing Environmental Health Officers and event organisers to see clearly that our systems operate above and beyond legal requirements. In the past, our paperwork always impressed inspectors and event organisers—but now everything is digital, there is no longer a large folder to carry around. My account manager, Selma, has become my accountability buddy. She is inspirational, patient and extremely professional. Thank you, Selma for going above and beyond also, the NCASS team, for your continued support.”

“I have been a member of NCASS since 2012 and have consistently found their information, processes & updates professional and useful. The staff I have spoken to have always been supportive, friendly and importantly done what they said they'd do, get back to me, if they didn't know the answer initially. My life has been made much easier as a small independent trader and consistently receiving Level 5 Food Hygeine ratings is, I am certain, due primarily to the support and methodology received from NCASS.”

“I have been with Ncass for 9 years. And have always received the best treatment from them. They are very informative, caring and patient! During Covid the support that was given was second to none, when most of us did not know what was going to happen to our businesses from day to day. The paperwork aspect of the business is taken care of by them which saves so much time. We have had jobs via them that have turned out really good. On a whole I would recommend Ncass 100 times over if your are running a food business”

“We've been with NCASS for 7 years and they are consistently improving their systems, service and general support. Our account manager Selma is a joy; nothing is too much to ask and she resolves any issues or glitches immediately. IT issues are lightening fast to be resolved, and our membership is definitely one of the best things we spend money on. We use as many of the systems as we possibly can to ensure consistency and efficiency, and our staff find their aspects easy to learn. Overall some of the best money we spend during the year!”
