“If you like spending days doing risk assessments, policy documents and other catering related documentation then NCASS isn’t for you. But if you want to spend 20 minutes doing a questionnaire and having it all generated for you then it’s the best £300 you will ever spend..”

“Very helpful with guidance & questions answered. Easy to follow formats for risk assessment fire/gas certification, staff training etc Keeping all documentation together which is easy to forward to event organisers makes life so much easier. Would highly recommend to join up !”

“Joined whilst about to pay £1000 for a hot water heater in the trailer...! They told me about Teal handwash sinks and saved me £800! Then came the Booker voucher which made our event a lot more profitable! The benefits just keep coming!! Don't wait on it just do it!”

“Yet again I've renewed my annual membership. Now I know I have access to everything I need to trade safely and legally. I will also know that if I have an EHO visit, all of my paperwork will be in place and readily available. If I'm not sure about anything I know that there is always advice available. Being a member of NCASS ensures that I can get out with my little street food business this Summer with peace of mind. Thanks”

“NCASS have been brilliant from start to finish. Their team is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I have, which has made setting up my food business much less stressful. The price is fair for the level of support and resources they provide, and the guidance on compliance and paperwork has been especially helpful. I really appreciate how clear their communication is, and I feel much more confident knowing they are there if anything goes wrong. I’d happily recommend NCASS to anyone starting or running a catering or street food business.”

“We have been NCASS members for a few years, and I can honestly say NCASS have been a massive source of support and guidance to us. Not only have they helped us immensely over the years, but their customer service is beyond exemplary. Every single person I have spoken with over the years, has been kind, friendly and helpful. Coming from a customer service background (before starting my food business), I'm always hot on this subject! “When starting a mobile food truck there are so many things you have to think about regarding risk assessments, insurance, EHO inspection, daily inspections and NCASS help you with every aspect. If anyone tells me they are thinking of starting a food business my first piece of advice is always make sure you join NCASS before you start. It’s the best money you can invest in”
