“I have been with Ncass for 9 years. And have always received the best treatment from them. They are very informative, caring and patient! During Covid the support that was given was second to none, when most of us did not know what was going to happen to our businesses from day to day. The paperwork aspect of the business is taken care of by them which saves so much time. We have had jobs via them that have turned out really good. On a whole I would recommend Ncass 100 times over if your are running a food business”

“We've been with NCASS for 7 years and they are consistently improving their systems, service and general support. Our account manager Selma is a joy; nothing is too much to ask and she resolves any issues or glitches immediately. IT issues are lightening fast to be resolved, and our membership is definitely one of the best things we spend money on. We use as many of the systems as we possibly can to ensure consistency and efficiency, and our staff find their aspects easy to learn. Overall some of the best money we spend during the year!”

“Our membership with NCASS has helped us streamline our compliance with easy to set up risk assessments etc. Using NCASS we also have procured insurance for our busniess and assests this process was very easy. Any time we need to speak with someone the process is staright forward and helpful. The training offered is also very good.”

“I have not yet had the chance to use all the benefits included with my NCASS membership, but from the small experience I have had so far, I can honestly say I already feel like I am on the positive side. What I can say for sure is that if the name Becky appears on the phone or by email, you are in very good hands. You will receive excellent customer service, a great phone experience, and a genuinely positive energy that makes the whole process feel easier and more encouraging. Her vibe is the kind of vibe you take with you into your own business, and that positive energy can continue from the very beginning all the way through your journey. A great first experience with NCASS so far.”
