“Having a place to turn to when you're unsure about something is really helpful. As is the ability to receive recommendations and discounts on high quality products, from insurance to BBQs. The WorkOpps feature is also great.”

“It was invaluable when starting our business and we would honestly advice everyone to join. It really helped when we had our local environment inspection and I think being members of NCASS got us at least half way to our level 5 hygiene rating. There is so much more to starting a street food business then just having a great concept and a half decent menu and NCASS really does help to guide you through it, especially the health and safety aspects.”
