“Paid for Saturday delivery to my home, DPD sent me a message at 17.15 to say it’s been delivered to the post office! The post office shuts at 1pm so I cannot pick it up until Monday. This is appalling I paid £6.99 for delivery to my home on a Saturday because I work during the week, this was conveyed to Panda Bsmboo. This is terrible customer service and I’m really not happy. No proper communication from Panda Bamboo either. This is the most stressful purchase I have ever made and I would never recommend this company or its courier service to any one!!!”
