“I wanted to place my order by phone rather than on line it was also a way to check if I actually could speak to someone, although it did take a few attempts they did phone me back when I left a message and quite promptly. Unfortunately I didn't receive a reference number but have registered my 10 year guarantee which if needed it will be honoured.”

“I had been searching for a Topper for months reading many reviews, then I came across the PANDA Topper by chance. I wanted a Topper that was heat regulating and after reading many reviews, I ordered one for my bed. It came quite quickly. It is amazingly comfortable, heat regulating and simple one of my best buys. I would definitely buy again, amazing quality and the cover is so soft.
