“Very comfy, and as I had hoped”

“OMG!!! FANTASTIC!!! Read a lot of reviews. I was put off buying directly from Amazon, only by 1 in particular but I'm sure hundreds of other buyers can't be wrong & have had a great experience. That's why I decided to buy directly from Panda London. With the 10% discount code & 10yr Guarantee, there was no real difference in price. I had a memory foam mattress for 11yrs & although it was still comfortable, I decided on a change. Bought a sprung mattress. Very comfortable but a year on I could hear the springs at every turn. Decided a mattress topper would be an option. Well... I have been having the best sleeps in ages. Just enough foam to cradle the body. A full memory foam mattress may be a little bit of a struggle for some to raise from. Also, can make you feel very warm. But this is a great compromise. I have no qualms in recommending this product & company. Very quick delivery. Big thumbs up.”

“Fantastic customer service and support Was delivered the wrong product purchased from a online company on 04/05 contacted them immediately and 12 days later after getting nowhere contacted panda themselves within minuets Jonathan had arranged a collection for the wrong item and a delivery for the correct one. The correct item was delivered the next morning and the other item has been collected today at my convenience. Emails I sent were promptly responded to Will definitely recommend panda to others.”

“This is an impressive company. Their toppers are extremely well made - there should be an award for the corner straps alone. And their customer support is first class. Thank you Panda London”

Helpful Report

“Amazing products, the pillow took no getting used to and the topper is sublime. Best nights sleep I’ve had for a long time. Actually woke up with no aches or neck pain.”

“So far so good! We have had the Panda London mattress topper on the bed for just over a month now, and it is secure and super comfortable. The mattress we have was comfortable too, but the mattress topper is the cherry on the cake. The straps mean that the topper stays in place, and the non-slip coating does the job well. I will say that I was a little worried about the topper initially and it took a few days for it to flatten out completely, and the smell is really quite strong (my partner did not find it as invasive as I did, but maybe I am just sensitive). The little panda in the corner is a cute logo, but it does shine through the sheet (the pillows hide it). All in all, we are very satisfied.”

“All seems great quality”

Helpful Report

“The mattress topper itself is fantastic but the customer service at panda is awful - I felt patronised, disrespected, and unvalued as a customer. I will not shop there again despite really liking the products.”

Helpful Report

“Very good value. I have it on top of an old mattress that has dips & a bit lumpy. It’s very comfortable and smooths out the inadequacies of my old mattress.”

“Having only just received this order, my review is very limited. Except for the fact that this order may have been left out all night due to the fact that the delivery man left the box outside of our gate on the steps, I am quite pleased at the moment. I have opened the topper up and it has started to swell to its proper size and I am hopeful that it will prove to be as good as the reviews said it is.”
