“I wanted to place my order by phone rather than on line it was also a way to check if I actually could speak to someone, although it did take a few attempts they did phone me back when I left a message and quite promptly. Unfortunately I didn't receive a reference number but have registered my 10 year guarantee which if needed it will be honoured.”

“I had been searching for a Topper for months reading many reviews, then I came across the PANDA Topper by chance. I wanted a Topper that was heat regulating and after reading many reviews, I ordered one for my bed. It came quite quickly. It is amazingly comfortable, heat regulating and simple one of my best buys. I would definitely buy again, amazing quality and the cover is so soft. “One of the best mattress toppers I have ever had. Back pain is at its lowest point in months. This has gone on a new excellent quality mattress and I thought it couldn’t get any better! How wrong was I! It’s helped so much that I ordered another for my elderly mum whom suffers terribly with osteoarthritis and she is loving the comfort it brings to all her pressure point pains! Does exactly what it states regardless of mattress you are added it too. Wouldn’t like to be with it now…”
