“I ordered the Hybrid pillow from QVC shopping channel. Knowing that if l couldn't sleep on it l could return and get a refund. Waiting time for delivery was upto 2 weeks. I have been lying on another quality brand (Tempur) of pillow for years with some success but still had pains in my left shoulder on waking. I waited for it to arrive and put it on my bed the following evening, ready to swap it over if my neck pained ( l have vertigo - very painful on my right side so always sleep on my left) I lay my head down and within 15 minutes fell asleep, l haven't had any problems settling down with it - which is unusual for me as l seemed to fight n punch pillows thru the night. Was amazed l didn't need any breaking in time so to speak. So glad l took the plunge and purchased it . I bought the pillow on a special offer price , yes it was expensive but not quite so much as my previous pillow. You can't put a price on a good nights sleep. Yes l am happy with it Thank you”
