“Straight forward website which was simple to use and order our mattress and pillow. Panda London kept us updated with our order and delivery, and gave an estimated time to expect them, Honestly didn't think the mattress would be as thick as it is due to how small the vacuum was, but wow it did. The mattress is quite firm, but it's very comfortable, and has helped keep me cool at night, which was one of the main reasons for our purchase, hope it stays that way, its definitely the best mattress we've had.”

“The mattress topper is great! I love the firmness of my mattress but since I've been pregnant, sleeping on your back isn't recommended and I needed more support as I was getting a lot of hip and back pain. I've had the mattress topper two days and I am already in so much less pain every day. The topper did go on the bed super creased as seen in photos but has gone down with a few days of use.”

“Our mattress is fantastic, everything as stated in the website. Delivery was definitely below expected standards. It arrived 1 1/5 hours late, forgivable probably due to traffic, but no apology received from the delivery man. At first the box was dumped in our hallway, not where you want a mattress! They did move it into the bedroom, but then just left, leaving us to unpack and place the mattress, and dispose of plastic packaging and a huge cardboard box!”
