“Got pillows last year and now got the mattress topper. Fast delivery service and very helpful lady on the live chat gave me all the details in regards to washing and sizes.. Would definitely recommend!”

“I loved my pillow from the moment I got it! I haven't had a bad night's sleep since! The delivery was very fast. I spoke to tommy on the phone with some questions about the product and he was very happy to help. Overall had a great experience with Panda and would recommend them to anyone!”

“This mattress topper has made a HUGE difference - my mattress is great quality but I realised that it was too firm for me. I sleep on my side and this topper perfectly fills in the gap between the bed and my waist. I 'sink' in now, whereas I wasn't sinking before. Highly recommend. Based on this experience, if I needed another mattress then Panda would be my first choice. The despatch and delivery were super fast too - I received this topper within 36 hours of ordering it.”

“After reading the product details on the Panda website I was persuaded to purchase the mattress topper. Flagged on the site was the option to return within 30 days if not satisfied. Hidden on a page in much smaller print was that this only applies to those bought from their site. The topper was described as being “orthopaedic” “supporting back, neck and hips in perfect alignment” however when any weight is applied, the topper reduces to wafer thin thickness. This makes any support impossible. I feel that the description is ambitious in its claim. I immediately contact Panda to return the product but was told that I have to contact the company that it was bought from. This company will not accept any product which has been opened. I’m sure the majority of people especially pensioners as myself, in these financially difficult times, find a product and then shop around for the best price. Disappointed and left with a product that I feel does not meet its description.”

“I have only had my mattress topper for 1 day so far but for the first time in a couple of years I woke with no hip/shoulder/lower back pain it was so comfortable . I ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Monday fabulous service think I'll see how this goes and perhaps order the mattress”
