“Excellent from the beginning, researching the topper online to speaking to a lovely young man at the company about the removable cover and ordering it with a discount as it was showing online. It arrived next day even with the offer of paying for fast delivery which I declined. The topper is fantastic, gives back and shoulder problems the support needed, and no rubbery smell which some products have when first opened .just a pleasant clean smell. “Amazing fast delivery of new topper cover. I though they had made a mistake with the size (tricky Euro sizes) and a new one was sent immediately. After realising it was actually me who had got the wrong size. Both returned and another sent out (with a bit of delay but it was new year) . The topper cover is excellent quality and has made a massive difference to the basic coverless foam mattress I had bought, Totally recommend Panda and will buy from then again when I need a new foam topper (this time with cover from the start!)”
