“You have failed to respond to my concerns regarding a faulty bath mixer, despite stating that yor technical department would revert to me. Your customer services department are nort responding to emails. I will be contacting Consumer Rights.”

“Ordering was easy. Delivery was not. The first glass hob was broken but delivered even though it was known to be broken (a waste of everyone's time). The second delivery was messed up when it was delivered on a day the recipient was on holiday. Left in an unlocked outhouse for a few days. Poor communication. Fortunately all ended well.”

“I paid £24.99 for the unit to come at the weekend but it did't arrive until the Monday. Unit was in good condition. Haven't tried it yet as my window of opportunity was that weekend. Looking to check that everything works this weekend.”
