“I am a returning customer so know normally good service. However my hob arrived and the gas engineer could not get the biggest of the nobs to turn on. So he could do know more than condemn the hob which looked the dogs boloks so a wait for 4days for a replacement to arrive. This meant I had to pay the gas engineer twice. I've asked them for a partial refund to cover half of the additional gas engineers visit but got no respons now do I know what to do with the broken hob?”

“My appliances on the whole were very good and the whole process of ordering an appliance was easy. It was just unfortunate that the replacement job which was sent was damaged upon opening. This was most likely caused by a heavy handed courier so I’m reluctant to lay blame on appliances direct. I’d certainly recommend them and use them again.”
