“Ordering was easy. Delivery was not. The first glass hob was broken but delivered even though it was known to be broken (a waste of everyone's time). The second delivery was messed up when it was delivered on a day the recipient was on holiday. Left in an unlocked outhouse for a few days. Poor communication. Fortunately all ended well.”

“I paid £24.99 for the unit to come at the weekend but it did't arrive until the Monday. Unit was in good condition. Haven't tried it yet as my window of opportunity was that weekend. Looking to check that everything works this weekend.”

“I received my extractor fan but it was broken somehow. I spoke to the company and they sent me out a replacement at no extra cost. Cooker hood looks very smart once in place just a shame I had to deal with the stress of having to get the original one replaced. Staff helpful and sorted my issue quickly.”

“Bought a downdraft extractor, no problem item turned up before I needed it. The day after it turned up I realized I needed an extraction kit. I was supplied this with the discount for buying the extractor as well. However despite the spec quoting the pipe to be 3 meters it was in fact 1.5 meters. Initial contact with the tech department went ok then nothing. So I have to go & buy a suitable length of pipe to do the job”

“My review would be much better but for the fact the delivery was dreadful. My Appliances staff were helpful but actually couldn't help much because they kept saying that delivery was separate from them.”
