"Avoid avoid avoid!! Brought a ceramic hob from my appliances which recently stopped working, we had an electrician come and take the hob out to find that the connection box had all burnt away!! He said it\u2019s lucky our house didn\u2019t set on fire and that the hob was clearly faulty! Finally got a reply from my appliances, they completely fobbed me off blamed the electrician even tho the end that the electrician wired in was completely fine but the end that was attached to the hob(it arrived already attached to the hob) had all burnt away!! Shambles of a company, avoid at all costs!!"
