The appliance is ok, however the delivery service isn't so good. I had two deliveries, the first of which was obliviously broken. The driver handed me the packaging which had broken glass in it. It was clearly audible. The driver then left quickly. The second delivery was ok. The driver offered to stay until I had opened and checked the contents.

Good price for a nice hob. Delivered by a third party courier who presented it end on, though it clearly said the box should remain face up. Not damaged though, some parts had been dislodged inside.

Delivered on time and the oven works well. Only thing I would say is I don't like fitted plugs because I have to cut them off and rewire myself because the plug won't fit through my setup. Not your fault! Also courier delivery driver didn't ask for any signature on delivery.

Opted to order as guest which invites you to delete at the end, a reassuring touch. Order despatched from MyAppliances base earlier than expected understandably the delivery is complimentary. Outer packaging was slightly worse for wear-perhaps the 2 attempts to deliver. Courier had sent email stating delivery day to be on Monday. However they tried on Saturday the courier did call me explaining he was unaware of email notification -being close to xmas many consignments, but i was away for the day, courier promised to return Monday AM. Which was honoured, courier politely explained they have many items to shift, slight damage to outer box cannot always be avoided, I cannot dispute that I was able to straighten kink in the metal filter and chose not to update MyAppliances.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was not. The first glass hob was broken but delivered even though it was known to be broken (a waste of everyone's time). The second delivery was messed up when it was delivered on a day the recipient was on holiday. Left in an unlocked outhouse for a few days. Poor communication. Fortunately all ended well.

I received my extractor fan but it was broken somehow. I spoke to the company and they sent me out a replacement at no extra cost. Cooker hood looks very smart once in place just a shame I had to deal with the stress of having to get the original one replaced. Staff helpful and sorted my issue quickly.

My appliances on the whole were very good and the whole process of ordering an appliance was easy. It was just unfortunate that the replacement job which was sent was damaged upon opening. This was most likely caused by a heavy handed courier so I’m reluctant to lay blame on appliances direct. I’d certainly recommend them and use them again.

Found by mistake was looking at a different web site and clicked on wrong site so happy i did put order in for £500 + and saved money
