The dispatch was delayed. Once I had complained I was refunded the next day delivery. The extractor then arrived with the wrong filters. I complained again, was made to submit proof of the error, and finally the correct filters were sent. The emails to the complaint team were actioned slowly and in both instances required phone calls in addition. The extractor hood itself is very smart and quiet. However the instructions for installation were poor and mounting via two screws which have to be placed inside the casing was difficult.
