“I Have purchased a few dolls and clothes etc from My Doll Best Friend over the last year or two and have found Maxine and her team to be very knowledgeable and very customer driven. Giving excellent customer service, prompt dispatch of items purchased which have always been received in excellent condition. The doll information on the wedsite and also the facebook page is excellent if you are undecided about which doll to purchase. I always visit My Doll Best Friend website if looking to purchase a doll .”

“All ways been pleased with everything I have bought and the excellent service. If I have any thing I would like it would be a little more room in the doll shoes, find it a struggle to get them over socks and tights.”

“My daughter has been delighted with the doll and all the clothes we bought from My Doll best friend. The service has always been good, deliveries have arrived when they said they would and the telephone advice was helpful. The dolls clothes are expensive for what they are but always good quality. The website is well designed to help you work out which clothes and accessories will work for which doll.”

“I was very pleased with my order. I received emails when I placed my order and when my parcel had been despatched together with a tracking number. When I received my order a couple of days later, it was in a small box and the items were wrapped in tissue paper. I was very pleased with the items I ordered and would definitely use My Doll Best Friend again.”

“I certainly have been very pleased with this company and the dolls I received. The company even went above and beyond with a partial refund on a large purchase because I had made a mistake in the currency conversion and suffered sticker shock. I have also been very pleased with the personable communication with these people. They have made my experience with them very pleasant.
