“The doll is lovely buy it is advertised to come with pacifier, it didn’t, and we only noticed when opening it on Xmas day as it was a Santa present, slightly disappointing for the child.”

“J'achète à ce magasin depuis de nombreuses années et j'ai toujours eu un bon service. Dernièrement, j'ai eu la malchance d'acheter deux poupées Gotz Happy Kidz qui tiennent mal debout malgré qu'elles soient faites pour cela: je les collectionne depuis 15 ans et il y a un problème évident d'élastiques. Il y a ici une baisse générale de la qualité de ces poupées Gotz pour laquelle on ne peut pas blâmer le magasin. J'ai cependant une question: puisqu'ils offrent l'envoi à l'International, ne devraient-ils pas être équipés pour reprendre les poupées défectueuses, tel que le font certains magasins pour ces mêmes poupées? Ils m'ont mis en contact avec Gotz dont le processus semble pénible, à commencer par le renvoi à nos frais pour que la poupée soit évaluée... Autant dire qu'après avoir payé si cher ces poupées, on se sent mal de payer encore! Je donne donc 4 étoiles pour cette raison mais cote 8/10”

We would like to reply to your review because we are a bit confused. Here you are saying that we would not take back dolls - but we have never said this to you. "J'ai cependant une question: puisqu'ils offrent l'envoi à l'International, ne devraient-ils pas être équipés pour reprendre les poupées défectueuses, tel que le font certains magasins pour ces mêmes poupées?" If you are referring to the doll in the Facebook group - we have been denied it! We asked for it back - at our cost. We would like to get it back to see it. We did not put you in touch with Gotz. "Ils m'ont mis en contact avec Gotz dont le processus semble pénible". As the retailer your sales contract is with us and therefore you will only talk to us about your purchases. This is the same for the person in the Facebook group. Hopefully this is clear, and to all reading it, if anyone has any questions please contact us directly. Thank you. Customer Service Team

“This is the second doll that I have purchased for my wife from this company. As with the first I was kept upto date re delivery all the way through the process. The first doll was everything my wife wanted and she was very happy. We will have to wait until Christmas for her reaction to this one, I am sure it will be positive as she chose it after all.”

“I am honored to have been picked for the Chosen event. The communication was quick and friendly. My only negative experience was with the shipping, my package came damaged through to the very box containing the doll. I don’t believe she was harmed but the box is beyond destroyed and I am unable to display it :(”

“I have ordered a couple of things from My Doll Best Friend on different occasions. Once the order is placed, it always arrives quickly and is well packaged. Communication by email on the progress of the order is also good. However, I find the website irritating, as when I tried to add more than one item to my basket, what was already there disappeared. The response from the team when I queried this wasn’t great either; just a rather abrupt email. They do not answer the phone.”
