“The clothes arrived very promptly and were beautifully packaged upon opening the package the were items absolutely beautiful, especially the tiny white skates which were totally adorable, I only wish they would fit me!!!!! The first impression is that the garments are expensive, however when one sees the quality, materials and workmanship they are well worth their price and I am sure will give hours of durable pleasure. It can take as much workmanship for a manufacturer to make doll scale clothes and shoes as to make child size versions as the products are very detailed and authentic looking. “Love my little girls Bunk bed. A bit of a hiccup with the delivery, "my fault". Great customer service. Very imformed from order to dispatch, & delivery. Was nice to see a company do that bit extra for a customer. Absolutely fantastic, & I will be ordering from My dolls bestfriend very soon. With the right postcode this time!!! Highly recommend you. “I was very pleased with my order. I received emails when I placed my order and when my parcel had been despatched together with a tracking number. When I received my order a couple of days later, it was in a small box and the items were wrapped in tissue paper. I was very pleased with the items I ordered and would definitely use My Doll Best Friend again.”

“First class service - I phoned first to check if items were in stock and explained how urgently I needed them (they needed to be included in a raffle doll package). I ordered them online and they arrived the next morning by first class post. Both items (doll hairbrush and straw hat) are very good quality. I will shop with you again. Thank you.”

“I Have purchased a few dolls and clothes etc from My Doll Best Friend over the last year or two and have found Maxine and her team to be very knowledgeable and very customer driven. Giving excellent customer service, prompt dispatch of items purchased which have always been received in excellent condition. The doll information on the wedsite and also the facebook page is excellent if you are undecided about which doll to purchase. I always visit My Doll Best Friend website if looking to purchase a doll .”
