She will send your item in double quick time. As soon as your order is in, it is processed. Updates are sent daily , so you are able to track your package. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it. No problem.”

“Really good selection of dolls and all their outfits and accessories. As complete outfits can be quite expensive I like to design and make my own for friends children etc. but shoes are always a problem so it was brilliant to find such a great selection of various dolls footwear available to purchase. I was impressed with the way I was kept informed once my order was placed and I knew what state it was at right up to despatch. The parcel arrived within a couple of days of notification of despatch and I was pleased with the quality of the items ordered. I will be ordering again very soon as there was so much on offer to delight little girls.”

“I ordered Gotz Happy Kidz Clara 2016. She is absolutely gorgeous, and the shipping was unbelievably fast, only a week from the UK to Colorado, US! Clara is stunning, and I'm very happy with her.”

“My order was a pair of glasses for a doll, 3-4 inches x 1 and laid flat so could have fitted even being bubble wrapped inside a small envelope. They box they arrived in was too large to fit through my letterbox and as I was out when they were delivered I had to go to the post office to collect.”

We packaged your glasses in a Royal Mail large letter box which is designed to go through a standard letterbox, whilst providing adequate protection for the doll glasses in transit. I can see from the tracking information that we emailed to you on 25th January when the parcel was dispatched, that it will be with you tomorrow. “It’s my second time purchasing various doll items from MyDollBestFriend and once again it was a brilliant shopping experience. I’m very pleased with the customer service and delivery times - just 10 days from UK to Denmark during the busy Christmas-New Year Holiday (during non-holiday periods it’s usually 5-6 days). To both my orders a ‘little’ extra gift had been added as well as some personal notes from the staff. All items are always packed up neat and tidy and well protected and the parcels are clearly marked ‘Fragile’ when there’s a doll inside to help ensuring a safe journey through the postal services. So far I haven’t had much need for email correspondence, but when I do have they always gives informative and helpful replies. Another big plus is the detailed order-info, updates on your order status and the track-and-trace option. The homepage itself is a gold digger’s paradise for doll aficionados, easy to navigate through and with an impressive amount of doll info and product descriptions. On top of that they are always a step ahead when it comes to the latest doll-news. Good service is sometimes hard to get by these days, but not here. They are willing to go (or maybe I should say run….) that extra mile or two to ensure that their customers get exactly what they are looking for. I will definitely recommend MDBF to everybody who is into the dolly world.”
