The ordering and delivery were just fine. But the doll was SO much whiter than could be seen in the photos online -- close to albino. My daughter decided not to give it to her daughter because it was so extreme. So, not happy with the product itself.

Dear Nora, Some dolls, and some children, are fair. We search for dolls that represent children. This is one of the paler complexion dolls we sell, as shown in the website photo of Callie. Here is a photo that shows a good likeness of the doll with a happy child who has even proudly styled herself in bunches to match the doll's appearance. She has dressed similarly and even wears a little red bag like the doll. Very poor services and even worse Customer Service. Keeping me waiting for a refund and do not answer e msil messages.

Hello Paul, We simply don't understand this review. We processed your return and refund for a dress set that you purchased in the wrong doll dress size, all very promptly and well within the terms. You actually replied to the credit memo email, so we know that you received it a week ago. There hasn't been any further communication so we can't understand what you feel you are being kept waiting for. It looks like there is some confusion which we'd like to discuss with you. We will be phoning you on Monday, and have emailed again already; we are hoping for your reply so we can clear up anything you feel that you are waiting for. Please check your Visa card payment statement, that may be all that's necessary here. Regards, Customer Service

The doll was beautiful but unfortunately after not even a week the dolls voice box broke wich was extremely disappointing and my 2 year old daughter was extremely sad about thism especially with the price of the doll too.

Been years ordering, been very good, reliable and fast service. However, this time items haven’t been even picked in 2 working days, after I chose faster service of 1-2 days delivery. No idea when it will be shipped. Calling to number provided get me to reception who cannot answer any questions regarding orders. Very, very disappointing change.

Our staff have been spread thinly between customer service and the warehouse due to Covid isolation rules. Hello. I was very upset by the process of receiving a parcel from your store. you didn't provide all the documents for customs. I had to go to another city to settle this situation. At the customs office, it turned out that the cost of the dolls that You indicated does not correspond to the amount I spent. I spent a lot of effort, time and money to get my dolls. Thanks.

Dear Ann, We are sorry to read that you had inconvenience receiving your goods and had to pay customs tax. When you emailed us about this you attached the invoice we shipped with the parcel and the corresponding packing list. This is the invoice that you created at checkout. The itemised packing list is printed by our warehouse and exactly matches. Payment is in British Pounds. All is correct, and our prices are without European taxation. Dear Linda, Your order was placed a week ago and you are in USA, we are in UK so it takes a little time to arrive. I can see from the tracking information that we emailed to you on 25th January when the parcel was dispatched, that it will be with you tomorrow. This tracking information is also always available to you when you log in to your My Doll Best Friend account and click the order number. I hope that you will be very pleased with your new doll.
