“I've been a customer for a number of years, and the servic has been excellent, but the service I am currently receiving is non existant. I ordered a doll that was IN STOCK on the 18th and here it is a week later and still not sent. I have emailed twice to find out when my doll will be shipped, but no reply has been forth coming. I read the reply on the previous negative feedback and understand you may have had a popular doll launch, but you have dealt with these in the past without delay. Unfortunately when customers give you their hard earnt dollars up front, it's only fair that they should expect better than a weeks delay in service. I'm so disappointed, and it's put me right off ordering again in the future.”

Hi Sandi, It is early morning here and the two emails we received from you were last night in our night UK night time. We just took a look and you have placed 37 orders with us in the last 10 years. Thank you for your loyal custom and we are glad that we have provided you with beautiful dolls and an excellent service, as you said yourself, which has satisfied you all these years. This weekend on Saturday 19th you placed was for an order for our exclusive Chosen Gotz dolls. Normally we run a lottery which is much slower, but adding these dolls to the website means it is very quick for customers to make their purchase. This event is unlike regular weekend orders. There were nearly 500 extra orders this weekend. Hundreds of these are not in English and have to have all the addresses translated. There is no integrated shipping to some countries due to geopolitical issues. We need a little extra processing time. Therefore for the first couple of days we deal with a huge number of orders translate them from a different alphabet and language and process the shipping labels and customs documents manually. At this point in the week all that hard work is done and it is back to business with easy UPS/ DPD shipping where everything is integrated so your order is now shipping. There is nothing that we can do that we are not doing to ship the orders efficiently and all of our customers are important to us. We are sorry that we could not send your order on Monday following the weekend as would normally have been the case, but we hope that you can see that our explanation here is the reason why, and not because we don't care or because we are not working hard enough. “Doll shoes arrived with one damaged and completely crushed, although outer box not damaged to same extent. Emailed MYBF with numerous photos, my 1st email was ignored. Contacted a 2nd time. Their response was e got your email but we're busy with a doll launch and it will have to wait! No apology! This is not good enough, you already have my money and I want one replacement shoe. How unimportant do you think I feel as a new customer of yours?”

“I'm located in the USA, and my "MInouche Eli" doll shipped extremely fast and very well-packaged, reaching me with no troubles and no delay. It's a beautiful doll and the price is reasonable for shipping and for the high quality of the doll. I very much appreciate the organization and user-friendly quality of the My Doll Best Friend website, which is not always easy to find in the world of online buying. Here, the transactions were very safe, the website worked correctly, and I could track order status in real time. I also greatly appreciate that you shipped the doll via United Parcel Service (UPS) instead of with the exceedingly inadequate and faulty United States Postal Service (USPS). I would shop here again without hesitation. Thank you for a perfect transaction!”

“I have to say I was impressed with the speed my order was processed and delivered....record time. Because I was an international purchase for a UK delivery I didn't get to see the doll so I cannot comment on the quality, although the doll does appear to be very young child friendly. But judging from the video I was sent my granddaughter was impressed. Her face lit up when she pulled the wrapping away and saw dollies face and she she gazed at it for a bit before pulling it from the box. Then she hugged it before showing mummy her new friend. Purchased as a 1st birthday gift.”

“I’m very pleased with my decision to order from My Doll Best Friend. I was hesitant to order internationally, but I had my heart set on Katrina, a Ruby Red Friendship doll, for my young niece. I had ordered the doll from a US store and thought all was well, until I realized I had missed an email stating my order had been canceled because of a stock shortage. I ordered Katrina from a second store only to discover they also could not honor the order. I took a second look at this shop and was thrilled to find a store promotion on YouTube, which boosted my confidence. They appeared to be knowledgeable, professional, and thankfully, well stocked. I placed my order. The store made it easy by handling the tariffs for me and shipped it immediately. I received updated emails and a tracking number. The doll reached me in only five days. She was well packaged and beautiful. It was necessary for me to wait to gift it for birthday rather than Christmas, but I know she will love it. It’s very hard for me to wait though. I need to work on my patience, but My Doll Best Friend did everything right. I won’t hesitate to order again.”
