“I’m very pleased with my decision to order from My Doll Best Friend. I was hesitant to order internationally, but I had my heart set on Katrina, a Ruby Red Friendship doll, for my young niece. I had ordered the doll from a US store and thought all was well, until I realized I had missed an email stating my order had been canceled because of a stock shortage. I ordered Katrina from a second store only to discover they also could not honor the order. I took a second look at this shop and was thrilled to find a store promotion on YouTube, which boosted my confidence. They appeared to be knowledgeable, professional, and thankfully, well stocked. I placed my order. The store made it easy by handling the tariffs for me and shipped it immediately. I received updated emails and a tracking number. The doll reached me in only five days. She was well packaged and beautiful. It was necessary for me to wait to gift it for birthday rather than Christmas, but I know she will love it. It’s very hard for me to wait though. I need to work on my patience, but My Doll Best Friend did everything right. I won’t hesitate to order again.”

“I've been shopping at My Doll Best Friend since 2019. I'm in the USA. Every order has been meticulously packed and arrived in pristine condition. Anytime I had an inquiry, the response was prompt, friendly, and professional. I'm happy over how quickly they resolved the new shipping process due to new tariff laws. So many international sellers have quit selling to us. MDBF was the first doll retailer to resume shipping to us, and my first order under the new tariff went smoothly and I was not charged anything extra by customs. I'm very happy that I can still buy from MDBF because they are the leader in the doll industry. They always have the new releases, and they have the exclusive Chosen dolls! I love shopping here even with the increased shipping, because they have excellent customer service and top quality products! Thank you for caring about all your customers during these challenging times. There are not many good doll retailers in the US. I also like that you automatically list items in USD so that I know exactly what I'm paying. You're truly appreciated 🥰🥰🥰💕”

“I have been shopping here for dolls and related items since 2013. I'm very happy with the high quality of the dolls and the ease of ordering. Items are well packaged and tracked. Customer service is very helpful. I'm not a huge fan of pre orders although they serve their purpose, but often the dolls can be delayed for a number of weeks. This is not the fault of MDBF as they are dependent on the suppliers delivering the dolls on time. It can get frustrating to keep seeing the dates changing. However in the end you get a beautiful doll. In my case recently this was a Gotz Marianne LK doll, whom I love. Just be prepared to wait patiently!”

“We ordered the Gotz doll aqua. The item was delayed due to the warehouse being unable to find the item. It took 3 days for them to locate it. Upon receiving the item the box was very dusty and damaged as though it had been dropped. Regarding the item itself, Very expensive for what you get.”

Dear John, The order was placed on 15th September and it's only 18th September today when you are writing your 1 star review. The free shipping you chose at checkout was for our Royal Mail Tracked 3 - 5 day service. We expedited it at our cost by DPD so that it would reach you on the next day - today - as it wasn't dispatched on the day you ordered because the team needed a few more hours to dispatch it, as we explained to you. We wanted to provide a great service to you so this was no trouble to offer you fast free shipping to exceed your expectations and deliver ahead of the scheduled delivery, as 3 - 5 days would have made today only the third day, and it may not have been delivered for another two more days. It therefore didn't take us 3 days to locate the product as you state in your review. We also kept in touch, answering your many emails with accurate and helpful information so we are quite surprised by your negative feelings and feedback. Gotz aquini dolls are very popular, and are waterproof with closing eyes, hair you can brush and extra accessories. We are sorry you do not feel it is value for money but we hope the recipient loves it. Sincerely, My Doll Best Friend
