“The service is excellent - helpful, friendly and efficient. The products are delightful and the aim of My Doll Best Friend is most definitely to please iits customers. I always look on its website for anything I want in the dolly world, and I it doesn't have it, I don't get it!”

“I have bought from My Doll Best Friend several times now and they are usually my first port of call when I'm looking for something dolly related. It is only the poor exchange rate at the moment which prevents me from buying more from them! I have always found all my enquiries to be answered in a very friendly and timely fashion. My purchases have been sent out very quickly and any 'special' requests from me have always been accommodated without any problem whatsoever. I would definitely recommend, without hesitation, My Doll Best Friend to anyone looking for a good buying experience!”

“I always find My doll best friend very easy to use. Their internet set up is clear - dolls, dolls clothes, accessories etc. Once into the chosen area it is simple to find what you want (or to know that what you want is not on offer - in my case, clothes to fit a small doll. Very good service once the choice is made.”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery - it only took 2 days! The doll arrived beautifully packed, and was delivered at the promised time. There were no problems with My Doll Best Friend, and I would certainly recommend them for good selection of dolls and related products, prompt delivery and good service generally.”

“I had an excellent experience buying from My Doll Best Friend for the first time. The website is simple to navigate and the store has a multitude of quality items. “Maxine from My Doll Best Friend is the best international seller I have ever encounter. Her service is prompt, reliable and she treats each customer with a personal touch. I have bought nearly all the various types of doll from her store and will keep on looking for new ones to arrive. Her website is easy to follow. Most importantly she is such an honest person who will stretch an arm to help with your savings where possible. Her customer service is excellent as she seems to treat everyone as a friend. As an international doll collector from Australia I am very pleased with Maxine's service especially as she has helped me save a lot on the shipping cost.”

“I love the service and variety of products at MyDollBestFriend! I wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else for my Götz dolls and accessories. I especially like the voucher layaway program. It is a huge help sometimes when I really really need a new doll and don't have the money right away.”

“Maxine and the team are a delight to purchase from. They have a certain way of dealing with their customers which is warm, honest and personal. All orders are acknowledged and shipped quickly. If there is an issue they let you know straight away. It doesn't matter whether you order one smaller item, a doll (or two!), or heavier pieces, everything is well packed and there is always an nice hand written note to accompany your order. The website is easy to navigate, with everything laid out in a logical manner, clear pricing, with good descriptions and photographs. If you can't find what you are looking for, or run into difficulties, they answer emails promptly. One feature I particularly like is the points you earn per spend. The points translate to a cash discount which you can used every time you shop, or can be saved to spend in a lump sum - much better than having to save up a zillion points before receiving any discount! Great work ladies, you should be exceptionally proud of MY DOLL BEST FRIEND,”
