“I'm located in the USA, and my "MInouche Eli" doll shipped extremely fast and very well-packaged, reaching me with no troubles and no delay. It's a beautiful doll and the price is reasonable for shipping and for the high quality of the doll. I very much appreciate the organization and user-friendly quality of the My Doll Best Friend website, which is not always easy to find in the world of online buying. Here, the transactions were very safe, the website worked correctly, and I could track order status in real time. I also greatly appreciate that you shipped the doll via United Parcel Service (UPS) instead of with the exceedingly inadequate and faulty United States Postal Service (USPS). I would shop here again without hesitation. Thank you for a perfect transaction!”

“I have to say I was impressed with the speed my order was processed and delivered....record time. Because I was an international purchase for a UK delivery I didn't get to see the doll so I cannot comment on the quality, although the doll does appear to be very young child friendly. But judging from the video I was sent my granddaughter was impressed. Her face lit up when she pulled the wrapping away and saw dollies face and she she gazed at it for a bit before pulling it from the box. Then she hugged it before showing mummy her new friend. Purchased as a 1st birthday gift.”

“I’m very pleased with my decision to order from My Doll Best Friend. I was hesitant to order internationally, but I had my heart set on Katrina, a Ruby Red Friendship doll, for my young niece. I had ordered the doll from a US store and thought all was well, until I realized I had missed an email stating my order had been canceled because of a stock shortage. I ordered Katrina from a second store only to discover they also could not honor the order. I took a second look at this shop and was thrilled to find a store promotion on YouTube, which boosted my confidence. They appeared to be knowledgeable, professional, and thankfully, well stocked. I placed my order. The store made it easy by handling the tariffs for me and shipped it immediately. I received updated emails and a tracking number. The doll reached me in only five days. She was well packaged and beautiful. It was necessary for me to wait to gift it for birthday rather than Christmas, but I know she will love it. It’s very hard for me to wait though. I need to work on my patience, but My Doll Best Friend did everything right. I won’t hesitate to order again.”

“I've been shopping at My Doll Best Friend since 2019. I'm in the USA. Every order has been meticulously packed and arrived in pristine condition. Anytime I had an inquiry, the response was prompt, friendly, and professional. I'm happy over how quickly they resolved the new shipping process due to new tariff laws. So many international sellers have quit selling to us. MDBF was the first doll retailer to resume shipping to us, and my first order under the new tariff went smoothly and I was not charged anything extra by customs. I'm very happy that I can still buy from MDBF because they are the leader in the doll industry. They always have the new releases, and they have the exclusive Chosen dolls! I love shopping here even with the increased shipping, because they have excellent customer service and top quality products! Thank you for caring about all your customers during these challenging times. There are not many good doll retailers in the US.
