“It was not so straightforward as partly due to me rushing some of the verification was not ideal however Melissa went out of her way to sort the matter out. She was a star and for that I am externally grateful as, even though I have a car already, this car was my bit of fun and I will cherish it. Just as you should cherish having such a great employee as Melissa. Thanks My Car Credit, but even more thanks goes to Melissa and her team.”

“Money Super Market suggested that I try this company yesterday morning I wanted a car to use for work and now I'm signing documents for a Vaxuhall Corsa. I dealt with Kayleigh who updated me by email at every stage of the application, I'm in my 20's and my credit rating is poor but the APR on this loan is unbelievable! I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for car finance at a cheap rate.”

“A week ago my car broke down talk about disaster it also ment not being able to work then relsed my home would have to go I seen the advertisement car credit never thought for a second I would get looked at I know my credit score wasn't good but what else did I have to lose so I filled a application on line a lovely friendly lady Kylie phoned me back and went through the procedure taking my details etc Within a few hours I recieved a email to say my application was getting looked at I didn't take mutch notice at this point but carried on sending information what was requied the next day Kyliey phoned me and asked me to pick my car this is were I thought I would be told no chance but gosh Kylie phone me to say I was acepted still thought some kind of a joke till today I went to pick up my new car happy dosint come near to how I felt today and all thanks to Kyliey thhough out the whole application to getting the car today Kyliey was fantastic I can't thank you enough Kylie you are fantastic and thank you very mutch you helped me big style 100% recommended thank you”

“Wasted my time by lying to me. When I spoke to a second person about it they just got snappy with me saying that it was the weekend staff, she isn’t weekend staff... not my problem really, it was yours, yet the still didn’t seem to care.”

“Hiya readers. It's all positive from me. After initial refusal from other credit sites, MCC offered to help me. Chris Vickers was my personal advisor who took on my application. I needed a car for work and at first I thought it seemed too good to be true. Sceptical I was... however, I still applied. Had slight trouble uploading sufficient proofs, but only because they were blurry or out of frame. The finance company did the rest. After acceptance I chose a car from a garage of choice and localised to me. They even suggested I negotiated a little due to the vehicle being seemingly higher priced than it should be. They then settled it with the dealer after the price between them and I was agreed. The car was MOT'd and prepared for collection. Funds had cleared to the dealer, they were delighted to release me the car. All in all, Chris, you were excellently professional. He always answered any of my calls or queries to the best of his ability and made me feel like a valued client irrespective of the number they dealt with. Access to the office was simple. Theyre was always a polite voice to refer your call if needed. MCC you've helped me so much, I can't thank you enough. You've pulled me from a tight spot when no-one else offered a hand.
