“From when I submitted my application, to when I actually picked my car up, Derrian made the whole experience effortless. Her knowledge and understanding of my requirements was excellent, and she was able to advise me on which garages I could use in order to source a car. Her communication was faultless, as I was both sent email updates and updates over the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend My Car Credit to friends and family, and I would certainly tell them to ask for Derrian It is very rare now a days to experience such excellent customer service.
