“Was very good, but got quite confused over the amount of consultants I dealt with, but all was not lost it went through, they were also patient whilst my driving licence came through.”

“I found the process frustrating and slow. Many different staff members calling me to ask the same quotation over and over. I got sick and tired of telling them my date of birth and first line of my address. The finance was needed for a specific date. They failed to sort it out and I ended up paying for the car myself in order to get myself home and then had to wait for the car garage to pay me back.”

“Process started well however 2.5 weeks later the dealer has still not received the funds so I am unable to collect the car. Funds were released on Saturday, not received on the Monday. Then told on Tuesday the money hadn’t been released on Saturday but was done on Monday. Yet the dealer has still not received the money. despite calling multiple times for updates and an eta. I have heard nothing from My Car Credit.”

“From the first contact everything has been seamless, Molly and the team kept me up to date all the way through, sorted the finance with the garage and when a code was delayed coming through, the team sorted it very quickly. Able to pick the car up when agreed. Very simple online paperwork signing process. 5 Stars all the way.”

“Hi guys' I needed to get a first home loan. The loan company requirements were a credit score from 600 upwards to get the loan, oh no! my credit score was stocked at 460 and I had no clue on what to do to increase my score I had no negatives or late payments on my report, I had 3 credit cards that I needed to pay off but weren't maxed out, I have a car loan and a student loan, but never missed a payment on one, I just didn't know why my credit was so low, I contacted TROVIANCREDITREPAIR@GMAIL.COM they helped me and I'm currently running on a 810, thanks to their great team”

“The process of applying for finance, to completion was very easy, Molly and the team were always available and able to answer any questions, even when the automated security code didn't arrive, a quick phone call and it was sorted. Once we located a car Molly and My Car Credit took over and the deal was completed very quickly, we got the car at the right price and the Finance was very competitive, better than from the dealers, We are very Happy.”
