“From initial enquiry to completion of the finance deal, My Car Credit were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and exerted absolutely zero pressure for any one particular product offering. At initial enquiry I did not have a vehicle in mind, so I was asked if I wanted to keep the offer open for 30 days, which I agreed to. 3 days later, after finding the vehicle I wanted to purchase, a single phone call to MyCarCredit was all it took to get the ball rolling. 2 days later it was all done, dusted agreed. These guys look after you, don't pressure you, and make the whole process as easy as possible. 5 stars”

“I have been messed around all day, asked for different details one at the time 3 hours apart from each other. They could not provide a link for e-sign, they knew I need to pick the car from the dealership today and it genuinely feels like they did everything in their power to stop me. I am crying on the train after a painful and stressful application process at the end of which I have no car. Would not recommend, very stone age-style operation.”
