“I had a problem with the clock mechanism and wrote a review stating what had happened. ”My - accessories” were in contact within the day and they followed this up with a replacement mechanism in the post. I had not even requested this. I am delighted with their excellent customer service and the clock now works perfectly and looks great. Thank you.”

Good afternoon Melanie, I'm sorry to hear that you have had a problem with the clock mechanism that you purchased from us. This is unusual as it is one of our popular products and we don't get issues like this normally. I am wondering if you were using it with a CD or a Vinyl record which they are designed for, or using with another type of clock which maybe slightly thicker and therefore caused the hands to stick.
