“Great quick service, easy website and they kept me undated with emails, a lot quicker than I was expecting and very professionally packaged. I would like to see a little less plastic used as a personal preference I wouldn't have minded just one bag with everything chucked in but I understand as a business how it needs to look! Very happy overall and would order again”

“Where to begin? I first purchased a single clock mechanism kit to ensure it was the right size for our handmade clocks and honestly to check the quality against its price. I was pleasantly surprised and have now placed my third order for a batch I'm different colours. They are perfect size, great quality and the pricing is fab. On my second order I was having some technical trouble with PayPal but I got in touch with the team via online chat and in minutes we were sorted, my order was paid, updated and dispatched that same day. Can't wait to receive this next batch! Would highly recommend overall.”

“We had a clock that did not work it was my wife mums clock who passed away last year so had sentimental memories so I took a chance to repair it this was great to find the very part from this company it’s back on the wall very pleased great service”

Good afternoon Judith, Many thanks for your order which was placed on Sunday and therefore despatched on our return to the warehouse by Royal Mail 1st class post. I have checked the tracking number in Royal Mail's Track and Trace and it is still showing as in transit. During these challenging times, I know that delivery timescales have been longer than normal so hopefully your order will appear in the next day or two.
