“All fine except that as I was on a budget and in no hurry the cheapest delivery was 1st class Mail, 2nd class would have saved me a little.”

Good morning Diana, Many thanks for your order and taking the time to leave us a great review. I will pass on your comments regarding adding another level of postage onto the website. We currently offer 1st Class Royal Mail (if the parcel is light enough) and a tracked courier option for those customers who want to speed up the delivery of their order however appreciate that not all customers need their items within a quicker timescale so maybe something that we can look at adding. “I was not happy with my order and returned the items. The mouse mats in my order are poor quality as they have a ridge around the outer edge that sticks up (where the front cover is sealed to the back) - This catches on the wrist when used with the mouse - I have bought these from you before without this issue (see pic). Also, I ordered 10 mouse mats and the package that was sent only contained 8. Disappointing service.”

Good morning Mike, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the mousemats that you have purchased from us recently as we sell them to many repeat customers who are happy with them. The original order that you had from us was in 2016 and the supplier has changed since then which maybe why they look slightly different. Apologies that there were a couple of the items missing from the order which was down to human error unfortunately. These missing mats would have been forwarded as soon as we'd been notified and our warehouse has been informed of the issue. We have received your return today so the refund will now be issued directly back onto the original form of payment used and should appear on your statement within the next few days.
